Balloons & Moore is owned by Kristen Moore-Wofford.  I came into the party rental industry in 2006 when I opened Action Attraction Party Rental.  I began making balloon bouquets for my customers to offer them a complete party package.  I began coordinating balloons to complement the theme of the party.

Soon, I began getting requests for grand openings and more extensive decor - columns, arches, centerpieces and dance floor.  I joined the Qualatex Balloon Network and continue learning by traveling to various balloon seminars and stay informed of the latest designs and equipment on the market.
